Read More About....
Profile Associates was the first company to introduce personal and family nutrition counseling to the Triangle in 1975. Many of our clients discover that they take control of their eating and exercise needs for the first time in their life. Profile Associates provides private, personalized nutrition counseling with trained, licensed dietitians/nutritionists. We can help you interpret the science of nutrition and apply it specifically to your situation. We will also teach you how to combat the desire to overeat and social pressures of over indulgence.
You are in charge of how fast you learn – you decide the duration and frequency of your sessions. Your nutritionist coaches you to set realistic, achievable goals. She works closely with you step-by-step to find the best personal solution to your dietary concerns. Whether your goal is to lose weight, lower your blood pressure, control diabetes, or improve your sports performance, you become involved in active planning and taking active steps toward change. Individual or family sessions focus on your food likes and dislikes, your activity patterns, and your long-term goals. The sessions offer a non-judgmental atmosphere to promote lifelong learning and health.
Over the years, many of our clients have told us that they were delighted to finally focus on the issues that were important to them.
